Welcome to AMTA Missouri!

The mission of the American Massage Therapy Association is to serve AMTA members while advancing the art, science and practice of massage therapy.

How is AMTA Different?

* AMTA is the only national non-profit association dedicated to the massage therapy profession
* AMTA is led by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership at the national and chapter levels
* AMTA is a leader in advancing the massage therapy profession and serving members

AMTA is the association of massage therapists for massage therapists. We’re the only national non-profit association dedicated to the massage therapy profession.

We have a history of commitment to service through standards that advance the profession and that also engage members in leadership roles to ensure value and relevance to members.

AMTA is led by a Board of Directors elected by the members. We have chapters in all 50 states and Washington, DC – providing volunteer opportunities, leadership development and continuing education locally.

We have open communications with members and we want to learn what is important to you. We use your ideas and views when we make decisions. AMTA’s strength comes from listening to members like you and incorporating your perspectives into what we do.

That’s why AMTA will continue to be the leader in advancing the massage therapy profession and serving its members.
